If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days from the date you placed the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at orders@toysfc.co.uk  using the contact page listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return.

Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your receive a refund, the original shipping cost for your purchase will not be refunded.
